1.1 Agreement - Terms and Conditions:

By visiting, using or ordering from this website, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and to follow these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this website.

If you violate these Terms and conditions, Euroteam is the owner and operator of Euroteam.info, reserves the right to bar you from future uses of this website, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Euroteam reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Posting updated terms on this site will make these terms effective immediately and binding on all users of this Website without exception. Therefore, please check this page of the Website periodically for updates.

1.3 Ticket Purchase Policy:

Pursuant to Norwegian law, Euroteam hereby discloses that the purchase price of the tickets in most cases contains a service charge or profit which has been added to the face value or Euroteam`s purchase price of the tickets, and that, of the date of this Contract, Euroteam may have no contract to obtain the tickets at a certain price from a person in possession of the tickets, or from a person who has a contractual right to obtain the tickets from the primary contractor. In these cases Euroteam will by accepting the order take an assignment to obtain or source the ordered ticket(s) on behalf of the BUYER. Euroteam may in some cases only act as an agent for the seller of the tickets or make the marketplace Euroteam.info available for ticket sellers for certain events. In all circumstances Euroteam will give the same guarantee of delivery according to these terms and conditions and our Order Guarantee, unless otherwise specified in team / tournament specific terms and conditions.
 
The price indicated in the order and invoices must be paid in its entirety within the due date(s) of the invoice(s) in the order or the order will automatically be cancelled. Credit card payments must be verified by the credit card company (online), or the order will automatically be cancelled.

Double bookings may occur as a result of offline telephone booking and bookings during system maintenance. Euroteam therefore reserves the right to cancel any online bookings within 48 hours after order time. Any cancellation because of this will be sent by e-mail and/or by post within 48 hours. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded immediately, but Euroteam will not pay any extra compensation according to our Order Guarantee for such cancellations. After 48 hours any orders not cancelled are binding for Euroteam according to these terms and conditions.

Should Euroteam fail to deliver to a BUYER the full quantity of tickets contracted for, Euroteam s' sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to BUYER maximum 200 % of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to Euroteam under this Contract and according to our Order Guarantee.

Euroteam deliver tickets and hospitality packages (event packages) solely, and are not liable or shall not pay any form of compensation in case of deferment or in case of cancellation of entire or parts of Event(s). In case of cancellation of an event, Euroteam will refund 50% of the purchase price. Any delivery charges will be fully refunded. In case of changes of time and date of an event with less than 48 hours, the order will be valid and can not be cancelled. In case of changes of time and date of an event with more than 48 hours, the BUYER can choose between a 50 % refund or keep the order valid for the new date. The BUYER must inform within 1 week after the change of Date if he wants a refund of 50%, if not the Order will be valid for the new date. Euroteam offers tickets for several thousands events so we might not be able to inform about all changes. The BUYER is therefore requested to check the official event organizer or venue web site for any changes. Neither party shall be liable for its delay of performance or its failure to perform hereunder, owing to causes beyond its control. Notwithstanding the above Euroteam`s maximum liability to the BUYER shall be 200 % of any deposit and/or payments for orders made to Euroteam.

All ticket orders are binding for the BUYER and cannot be cancelled without written acceptance of cancellation by Euroteam. All deposits are non refundable. If the BUYER wants to cancel an order, Euroteam might accept this with a 50% cancellation fee. However this must be agreed in writing by Euroteam.

Euroteam is not responsible for any delivery failures due to incomplete addresses entered or given by the BUYER. Euroteam`s only responsibility is to send and ship the tickets through a reputable courier or postal company according to address / delivery instructions from the BUYER. The BUYER must make sure that he or somebody else on his/her behalf is available to receive the tickets and if necessary take contact with the courier company to make sure that the ticket(s) is (are) delivered and received.

If the BUYER's first choice of ticket category is not available Euroteam reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (with partial refund) the order to the next available category. Please note that Euroteam nearly always deliver the tickets in the category ordered and that any downgrade of category is very rare. Any partial refund will be calculated based on ticket prices at the time when the order was placed. Euroteam will keep record of all changes in prices and historical data.

In case of team event orders Euroteam will only deliver tickets to supporters in the section of the team they are supporting or in neutral area or area with no opposite team supporter. The BUYER is obliged to give information about this when ordering. In case the BUYER does not support any of the teams Euroteam might supply ticket(s) in neutral zone or any section available unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please note that tickets ordered in category 3 might be with restricted view and not adjacent.

All payments made by credit card are being debited in the currency Euro or NOK. Euroteam updates currency rates weekly. Any currency fluctuations and currency loss, as a result of this, are the BUYERS's sole responsibility and the BUYER will hold Euroteam harmless of any such possible loss.

Euroteam will in each order indicate dates (and time) of delivery or pick up. This is only for guidance and in case of delay's Euroteam is entitled to deliver tickets up to 24 hours before the event without being in breach of the entered agreement of any ticket purchase.

The BUYER is obliged to inform Euroteam of any change in address and where tickets can be delivered up to 24 hours before the event. Euroteam may also instruct the BUYER to pick up tickets at box office or the venue. In case of pick up at box office or venue, delivery charge will be refunded.

Euroteam is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are in BUYERS' physical possession.

Only companies or self-employed tradesmen can order tickets on this Website. BUYER`s confirm this when / by placing an order. Laws in Denmark currently prohibit us from selling tickets to events taking place in Denmark for Danish customers for a price more than face value of the ticket. However BUYER`s in Denmark are still able to get tickets through us; the tickets will be included as part of an event package and the tickets in the package are sold at face value.

Any complaints or claim of refund regarding a ticket purchase must be made in writing and received by Euroteam at the latest 5 weeks after the relevant event date. Complaints must be sent to: Euroteam as, Hegdehaugsveien 26, 0352 Oslo – Norway. Complaints after this date will not be reviewed. Euroteam will normally review a complaint or claim of refund within 4 weeks after it has been received by Euroteam.

All users and visitors of this website agree to indemnify and hold Euroteam, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, including also your use of the website to provide a link to another website.

Euroteam may in addition to these terms and conditions provide terms and conditions valid and binding for specific events and/or sport tournaments. Link to additional event / tournament specific terms and conditions are posted at the bottom of this page. The Buyer expressly agrees to also be bound by the event / tournament specific terms and conditions posted on this website when ordering tickets for the relevant event(s) or tournament. In case of conflict between Event / tournament specific terms and general terms and conditions, the event / tournament specific terms and conditions will be valid before any other terms for the specific event or tournament. Please note that some events might not have the same conditions concerning order Guarantee.

The relationship between Euroteam and the BUYER shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Norwegian Law and the Parties agree that Oslo Tingrett (Oslo City Court) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between the Parties.
